Although this is one of the shortest courses on tour, it is also one of the toughest with a demanding par of 70. The wind can be a factor here, especially for the late starters. It has only two par-5’s - the 6th and the tougher 10th. Unsurprisingly, it demands accuracy over power.
The course has been host to the Mallorca Classic since 2003.
GolfBettingpro Notes: As the wind can get up in the afternoon, the importance of a early tee time in round 1 cannot be underestimated, which effectively rules out half the field in the ‘Round 1 Leader Market’. The course is not dissimilar to that used for the Madeira Open, so previous good form there, as well as course form at Pula, is an important factor when assessing a player’s chances.
