The Australian Masters’ “Big Three” of Ian Poulter, Geoff Ogilvy and Luke Donald have moved clear in the betting following the second round, despite the fact they do not dominate the leaderboard.
Ian Poulter ($4.50 fav,
Tab.com.au) leads on nine-under, and has a two-shot lead from Matthew Giles on -7 ($17) at the halfway stage, with Ashley Hall a shot further back ($21).
Brent McCullough ($67) shares third place on five-under, joined by the likes of Kieran Pratt ($34), Peter Lonard ($21), Geoff Ogilvy ($5), Brendan Jones ($17) and Nathan Green ($17).
Mahal Perace ($151), Jarrod Lyle ($15), Doug Holloway ($67) and veteran Peter Fowler ($41) are all at four-under, with world number one Luke Donald ($5.50) among a group of players a shot further back.
Today’s biggest movers have been Ogilvy ($17 - $5), Brendan Jones ($41 - $17), Ashley Hall ($51 -$21 after starting the tournament at $401) along with Peter Fowler ($126 - $41), Luke Hickmott ($251 -$41), Doug Holloway ($301 - $67) and Brent McCullough ($501 -$67).
