TPC at Four Seasons Las Colinas, Irving, TX Course Par Value: 70 Course Yardage: 7,022

Host course to the well-established EBS Byron Nelson Championship (Cottonwood Valley* is also used for the first two rounds). The course is a narrow, par-70 track with large greens that yield plenty of birdies.
The two par-5’s are the 7th and 16th - the easiest hole on the course and a real eagle opportunity. The par-4 3rd is the hardest hole. As with all Texan tournaments, the wind has a major impact on scores.

*Cottonwood Valley is an even shorter track at less than 6,900 yards (par-70), with both its par-5’s (11th and 16th) very reachable in two. The par-4 1st has a Texas-shaped green bordered by an Oklahoma bunker and a Gulf of Mexico water feature. Despite recent changes, the course still plays more than a shot easier than the TPC.

The EDS Byron Nelson Championship takes the name of the former player who sadly passed away in 2006. It is played over the two courses, with players playing each alternatively over the first two rounds. The final two rounds are played on the host TPC.

Golf Betting Pro Notes: With the course placing particular demands on players, it’s no surprise that certain players have consistent records in this event. Take Scott Verplank for example. After years of near misses and frustration for his backers, he finally managed to win in 2007!
