Warwick Hills Golf Course Guide and Betting Tips

Ross Aylward - 16 Jan 2008

Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club, Grand Blanc, MI Course Par Value: 72 Course Yardage: 7,127

Low scores are the order of the day at Warwick Hills.
The par-5’s (1st, 7th, 13th and 16th) are all reachable in two and eagle putts are common. The fairways are pretty wide too, so there is little disincentive for the long hitters to get the driver out on most holes.

The venue has been the home to the Buick Open since its inauguration in 1958, apart from a break between 1970 and 1977. The event always attracts a raucous crowd, particularly around the par-3 17th, turning it into a test of nerve as well as skill.

Golf Betting Pro Notes: Given the need to shoot low scores, it’s worth checking the putting and birdie stats. The winner is likely to be high up in both.
